Basic Pricing for Our Niche English Interpretation Service
In addition to the base interpretation fee, clients are responsible for the actual transportation costs to the requested location.
Rates may vary depending on urgency and time of day.
Additional charges may apply if the request requires prior preparation or background research before interpretation begins.

Transportation & Travel Costs
We will invoice you for actual transportation costs incurred for travel to the interpretation location (public transportation, toll roads, etc.).
■ About the “Travel Time Fee” for Non-Expressway Routes
If you request to avoid using expressways, a ¥5,000 (tax included) fee per 30 minutes of additional travel time will be charged. For example, if a trip takes 30 minutes via expressway but over an hour via local roads, an additional fee of ¥10,000 will apply.
- This fee is only applied when travel time is significantly extended due to the route change.
- Time spent traveling or waiting is considered non-billable service time. We appreciate your understanding.

当サービスでは、通訳基本料金に加え、現地までの交通費実費を別途ご負担いただきます。
緊急対応や時間帯によって料金が異なります。
また、通訳サービス実施に向け事前準備が必要な依頼内容の場合には追加料金が発生する可能性がございます。

交通費・移動費について
当サービスでは、通訳に伺う際の交通費（公共交通機関・高速代など）を実費にてご請求させていただきます。
■ 下道指定の場合の「移動拘束費用」についてお客様のご要望により、高速道路を使用せずに移動する場合は、追加で30分あたり 5,000円（税込）の移動拘束費を頂戴いたします。例えば、高速道路を使えば30分で到着する距離を、下道で1時間以上かかる場合には拘束費用1万円が加算されます。
- 移動拘束費は移動時間が著しく長くなる場合にのみ適用いたします。
- 通訳以外の時間（移動・待機）はすべて「売上ゼロの拘束時間」です。ご理解のほどお願い申し上げます。
